Returns & Exchanges
At C4 Coffee, we take pride in our roasts; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return non-perishable items or report quality issues with coffee within 14 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our roasting team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue or the reason for your return.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Once reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping back hardware or accessories.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and ship them back to our facility using the provided return label or a carrier of your choice.
- 4.Refund Processing
After we inspect the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement order within 3-5 business days.
